The SEND_ENUMS/RCV_ENUMS window pair are part of the CODEC_TEST2 system configuration. In conjunction with the MONITOR window, they are used to test the input, encoding, transmission, decoding and output of variables of the enumerated data types ANALOG_SIGNAL_TYPE and ANALOG_SIGNAL_RANGE.

In the example shown below, three pairs of values of the types ANALOG_SIGNAL_TYPE and ANALOG_SIGNAL_RANGE have been transmitted with ASN.1 tags of CC and CB hexadecimal, respectively. The enumerated values of the transmitted data pairs have been inserted manually in curly brackets {} in the MONITOR frame for reference.
